Everybody wants to win the design a wedding dress contest.  Even Raye, Serena, and Serena's sewing teacher.

Sammy's friend had a dolly that won a contest, but when Sammy ruined it she is mad at him, and Maxfield Stanton (aka Neflite) uses her as a Negaverse pawn.  Talk about your dangerous dollies, that was them, but when Sailor Moon saves the day, Sammy makes a doll that looks like Sailor Moon for her as an apology.

An artist working on the Sailor V movie, drops a drawing and Amy finds, while she brings Raye and Serena to the studio, Neflite uses one of the Artist's pencils as a negaverse flunkie!  Sailor Moon must stop this Monster, and keep this movie in production!  And saving the movie she did of course.
