Everyone is into this new radio station called the "Love Line".  No one knows it's actually ran by, the Negaverse.  An every surprise given to the writers of the letters for the "Love Line".  Sailor Moon must stop this rogue radio program!

A new girl comes to Serena's school, every one thinks she's a reject from Brighton Academy, basically a weirdo.  But, Serena makes friends with her, and Luna suspects Amy for being a flunkie of the Negaverse.  And for Luna the weird computer program on the disk proves it for her.  Serena and her Disguise power, interupts Amy's class, and the true negaverse flunkie appears, and a new scout is born.  Amy is Sailor Mercury, and with the help of her Mercury Bubbles Blast, Sailor Moon, is able to defeat her!  And now, there are two scouts to save the day.  Can Amy, make Serena become smart?
